Daniel is currently the 23rd International President of the Air Force Sergeants Association (AFSA), an organization that acts as an advocate for Air Force enlisted members (active duty, veterans, and retirees) and their families.
AFSA is a federally-chartered Veterans Service Organization that represents 110,000 members by promoting their interests to America’s elected and military leaders. As International President, Daniel is responsible for campaigning for fair military compensation and benefits and for the overall quality of life of service members.
Daniel, a retired McChord Field chief master sergeant, was named Air Force Program Manager of the year in 1985. He has served as President of the McChord AFB Chief’s Group and as Commander of the Air Force Planning and Implementation training program for enlisted personnel. He has written two books and is a business professor at Northwest University as well as a project management consultant for Microsoft.
