Corporate sponsorships are available in three levels and include golf registrations, event banner with your company name or logo displayed near the club house, and recognition in post-event marketing.

Individual players are $150 per person and each registration includes 2 days of golf, cart, range balls, lunch, on-course refreshments, a commemorative coin and a goody bag.
Tee Box signs are available for $100 each and will be on the golf course both days.
We are in need of donations in-kind such as advertising, prizes, silent auction items, and items for golfers’ goody bags.

10:30 a.m. Check In Desk and Range Opens
- All golfers must check in individually to pick up their goody bag and commemorative coin.
- Mulligans and Tee Busters, 50/50 Chances, and Prize Drawing Chances will be available for purchase at Check In.
11:50 a.m. Announcements and Ceremonial Tee Off by AFEV Resident
Noon Shot Gun Tee Off
- Boxed lunches will be on carts. Refreshments on course.
