In her capacity as Chief Financial Officer, Sandy oversees and manages the corporate finances for the Air Force Enlisted Village. Her responsibilities include keeping accurate financial records, managing the budgeting process, overseeing the investment portfolio, negotiating contracts, managing capital reserves and improvements, as well as preparing AFEV’s Form 990. Additionally, she works closely with the PCEO on long range planning and capital improvement projects.

Sandy began her career at AFEV as the accountant and has received 2 promotions, most recently being named CFO in October 2017. As CFO, she is a member of the AFEV Board of Directors.

She relocated to the Florida panhandle after working in West Virginia at a quasi-government entity and as a staff accountant for a CPA firm. Sandy graduated in December 2017 from University of West Florida with her MBA and received her bachelor’s in accounting from University of Phoenix, both with high honors.
