Surviving spouses of retired enlisted Air Force members may be eligible for our Benevolence Program and receive subsidized monthly service fees. Please contact our Sales Coordinator at 850-609-2550 for more information.
Some residents may qualify for VA Aid and Attendance. We do not process the request for VA Aid and Attendance, but we can provide some information and guidance. Hawthorn House does not accept Medicare/Medicaid.
